We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Attitox. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will gladly accept your return within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please include your order number and reason for the return in your email. We will then provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take several business days for your refund to be processed and appear on your account.
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item received is defective or incorrect.
